Kinder Cookies

Ingredients:

2 sticks of unsalted butter in room temperature until softened 

3/4 cup light brown sugar

3/4 cup white sugar

1 egg

Vanilla

2 1/4 cups of flour

3/4 teaspoon baking soda

3/4 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon cornstarch 

1 1/2 cups kinder

Preparation:

1. In a mixer, mix butter and sugars until fluffy with the paddle attachment 

2. Add the egg and mix

3. Add the dry ingredients

4. Add the chocolate

5. Freeze for 30 minutes

6. Bake in a preheated oven for 12 minutes at 180
