My name is Tania Cosmo, I’m a 17 years old passionate chef who started her cooking journey back in 2020. I believe that the secret ingredient of any dish is love. To me, cooking isn’t just a hobby, it as a real application of chemistry and art.

Among other things, cooking teaches you that timing is everything; it develops your organisational skills and nurtures your self- confidence - all in all, it's simply applied commonsense. Nothing scary in that. Take this blog to your heart as well as your tastebuds...

In 2022, I attended an American pastry workshop organized by the Royal academy of culinary arts which has helped me to improve my baking skills.
