Apple Pie

Ingredients:

1 kg granny smith apples

50 grams butter

175 grams sugar

2 grams cinnamon powder

5 grams orange zest

5 grams lemon zest

130 ml water

40 grams custard powder

70 grams raisins

Sable dough:

360 grams butter

240 grams icing sugar

3 eggs

10 grams vanilla 

600 grams all purpose flour

Preparation:

1. Place sable dough in the tart mold and bake for 12 minutes at 180 using blind baking technique.

2. Cut apples into cubes and cook with the other ingredients and let it cool.

3. Fill the molds with the apple mixture and cover it with sable dough and bake for another 10 minutes or until it becomes golden.
