Crinkle Cookies
Ingredients:
2 eggs
200 grams white sugar
4 grams vanilla
55 grams oil
165 grams flour
60 grams cocoa powder
4 grams baking soda
2 grams salt
icing sugar for covering
Preparation:
1. Mix eggs, sugar and vanilla with a paddle
2. Add oil
3. Add dry ingredients
4. Freeze for 30 minutes
5. Form the cookie balls and cover with icing sugar
6. Bake for 7 minutes at 180
